Accounts are intended for political representatives and authorized campaign staff only, and any attempt to register using fraudulent credentials will result in immediate termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Aarambha reserves the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or violate our security protocols, ensuring the safety of your voter data and campaign strategy.

• Mandatory verification of identity for all constituency-level accounts
• Prohibition of shared accounts to maintain data integrity
• Obligation to update account details promptly following any cabinet or office change

Aarambha offers tiered subscription models tailored to the needs of different political offices, ranging from Corporator-level local campaigns to large-scale state-wide assembly elections. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through our authorized payment gateways, ensuring full compliance with the Election Commission of India’s transparency guidelines.

Subscription fees are calculated based on the scale of your constituency and the volume of data processing required. Please note that all payments are subject to applicable GST and must be processed within the stipulated billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to our AI analytics and campaign dashboard.

Aarambha is committed to maintaining a clean digital environment for Indian democracy. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our AI tools to generate, distribute, or promote hate speech, communal disharmony, or inflammatory rhetoric that violates the Indian Penal Code.

Furthermore, users must not engage in the dissemination of misinformation or the impersonation of other political figures, journalists, or government officials. Our platform employs advanced monitoring to ensure that all campaign communications—from Jan Sampark messages to social media posts—adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements.

As a user of Aarambha, you retain full ownership of the original content you create, including campaign manifestos, speeches, and voter outreach materials. You grant Aarambha a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to your specified constituency.

Aarambha retains ownership of all proprietary AI models, software, algorithms, and data analytics dashboards developed by our platform. Users may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code of our tools, which are protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

Aarambha provides AI-powered campaign tools as an aid to political strategy, but we do not guarantee electoral outcomes or specific results. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Indian law, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, ensuring a clear and standardized legal framework for all our users.
